If I could give it zero stars I would. This school was the worst decision I made for my children's education. For 2016-2017 school year, they went through at least 3 principles, 4 kindergarten teachers, 3 first grade teachers, and that was only from August to December. They have no cafeteria. Food from an outside company is brought to the kids and they either eat at the play ground or in a classroom. My kids had a hard time catching up when I transferred them to a public school. I would never recommend this school to anyone. Look elsewhere.

If you value your child's education, you need to look elsewhere. I am pretty sure that staff wrote the last two positive reviews on here because there will are not very many parents who are happy with the production of this school. Insufficient communication to parents, as well as no stability are reasons enough to to enroll your child here. Last winter there were staff layoffs that effected every child of every grade. As a result, class sizes tripled and quality learning severely decreased. My child went from being challenged to almost no homework, or parent driven assignments. On top of that, the children do not have a lunch room to eat in, because the school could not afford it, and parents were not notified of this as well as many other changes. The few teachers and staff left are quality members, but having severely limited resources because of bad investments does not do anything to improve the school or quality of education to the children. There was a robotics exercise that the students were supposed to participate in, only to find out that it had been dropped for 7th and 8th grades with no explanation as to why. If you value the education your child is getting, this is not the place for them. I cannot recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I am very happy with this school. My daughter has thrived and reached for the stars. She never complains and she is always talking about how great class was and how the teachers always taught her something new in math and english. I truly recommend this school to all the parents and children because AZAOS is a really great school and with everyone's help we can really grow this school.

This was a good school back when my daughter started in 2nd grade & had the best teachers in 2nd & 3rd grade but these teachers are no longer there, she will be in 7th grade this year for 2016-2017. Once the principal changed, the school started going down hill... staff were coming and going during the school session. Never enough teachers and for example: classes were crowded with a mixture of 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th graders in the same class!!! Different learning levels and also the children were not getting enough attention due to lack of teaching methods to the children who needed it!! I have stuck by the school in hopes that it will get better but it only got worse each year....My daughter will not be going to this school for 7th grade or ever again!!!! Very Disappointing!!

From experience i would say this school has its ups and downs and since ive been there its been downs. Lots have changed. I would like to say i miss my old science and history teacher when i was there the principles husband if i can remember was the history teacher untill they ledt and i started to really dislike the school. There was a cafeteria when i went there i.guess not anymore the school really has gone downhill. But i did meet a bunch of cool people some i do still talk to. So it's been about four years since i been there and im not really surprised with the way people say its turning out..
