I paid for balloons for my Husband's 50th Birthday. I received a call in the morning advising the ETA for delivery. I called 1 hour past the delivery time and was informed the driver rang the doorbell and called my husband. With no response, the driver delivered the balloons to a random neighbors house to whom I've never spoken. They never attempted to reach me. My husband went to the neighbor's to pick up the balloons (which were supposed to be a surprise). The neighbor did not answer. I called clearly disappointed and was advised \their policy is to deliver to a neighbor if they not get an answer\ I was never informed of this \policy\ as I would have provided which neighbor to deliver to if there wasn't an answer rather than randomly select. I was advised they would submit full refund. I have not received the refund. I will update if refund is recieved. Very disappointing for a 50th Birthday surprise.
