I have been using this place for years and I have had enough. They are so incredibly rude and literally treat you like a criminal. I will drive 15 miles if I have to just to be treated like a human being. The actual MVD workers are much more pleasant than these folks. They charge a 30 convenience fee just to be treated like dirt!

Lost my wallet, needed a duplicate DL, looked on the website for this location, it clearly states the rate is 12 for a duplicate DL. when I arrived they had me retake my photo, which I thought was odd for a duplicate, but then they started the charge was 32. When I pointed out what was on the website, they seemed annoyed and said that price didn't apply for 3rd party locations. Again, I pointed out that the website included 3rd party locations in the 12 duplicate fee. They told me to go to the state or go online. Save yourself the trouble if you need a duplicate, don't go here where they attempt to charge you nearly a 200% markup on a service you can get online.

Find somewhere else to go!! Poorly trained staff. Absolutely horrible attitudes. They belittle you for asking questions. No care in the world about service. Seriously this place needs to go away, give your business to a facility that is not miserable to customers. Only reason this place is still around is due to location, fortunately there is a DMV 3rd party in station in anthem 5 minutes north, and wow what a difference. Let places like this go out of business for continuing to allow horrible treatment.

Horrible service here. Checked-in, waited and then when I got called up to the counter a snarky redhead/brunette Goblin told me to put a mask on or I'd have to wait outside even though I explained I have a medical exemption. Asked for my papers back and left with the Goblin and other employees shaming me for not wearing a mask I am not required to wear by law or by the Maricopa County Mask Mandate. ADA violation has been filed.

People were friendly and helpful but it would be nice if they would have disclosed their fee prior to running my card. I love supporting small business but 20 to renew my tags and I didn't even leave with them?! Go to AZMVDNow.com and save yourself the money.

This place was great! Service was fast and simple I was in and out in no time. Definitely would recommend to go here to take care of your MVD needs. Especially when you have to wait to go to the real DMV it's definitely worth the extra convenience charges.
