(Visit was in Aug 2020) The owner, Butch, was very very kind to me and really honest. My husband's favorite dress shoes were torn up at the toe real bad and he told me the shoes weren't really worth paying for the repair. He cleaned up the toe as best he could since I needed them for his birthday in 3 days. Any leather repair needs I have in the future will definitely come here. We also chatted for a little bit and shared some of our military history. People aren't friendly like this anymore.

I've had heel tips replaced on a few pair of my designer shoes done here. I love the work they do! It's family owned and operated so it's very personal. Butch and his son ( the owner's) are such great people! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm so grateful I found this place. I plan to have them do some new straps on a designer bag too! I will continue doing business with them as long as they are in business!
I recently took 2 pairs of Christian Louboutins to have the soles repaired. I wanted to show them off at a wedding I was going to but was advised that because he had to order the red bottoms for my shoes that it would take 2 weeks. I took them in on a Monday, he called me on Friday that they were finished and I was able to wear them Saturday to the wedding! I just bought a new pair of shoes that I will be taking in!
