Recently asked an appliance repairman why our clothes dryer took about double the time it did when we first got the machine. (We were seriously considering a new one.) He asked if we’d ever had the dryer vent cleaned. “Nope. Not in 20 years.” He told me that's something you really need done every 2 to 4 years. Uh-oh. After some web research, we contacted Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts. The technician arrived the next day and was on the roof for about 20 minutes. He showed me a picture of the lint he’d dug out. Unbelievable! It filled at least one tall kitchen garbage bag. I’m surprised the dryer worked at all. Now instead of taking an hour and half to dry a load, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes. We’re very pleased, and highly recommend Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts.

From my first call to Becky in scheduling to Preston here to do the service everything and everyone was fantastic! Called at 8am and they were here by 10am to do the cleaning service. I appreciated being informed by Preston on what to expect and to do going forward! The process was so quick too! I also appreciate the extra safety measures with COVID that were taken as well!
