Helpful and very attentive.
We had our tile done by AZ Floors and had major problems with the installation. We had to beg Robert to fix it. They fought us every step of the way and still only fixed a fraction of the dozens of hollow-spot tiles, despite Robert’s promise to “make it right”. He personally guaranteed we would never have any cracks and offered a “lifetime warranty”. I called recently to ask them to repair a broken tile and was informed that there's no such thing as a \lifetime warranty\ and was denied help. Cool thanks. I can’t speak for other customers, but our experience has been a nightmare.

Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didn't try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Our carpet looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend giving Robert a call!
