Horrible experience here, front desk very rude lady with the tattoos on her arms. Went in with my daughter who is 14 years old. Because of corona I guess you were not allowed to have guests which is fine. I didn’t know at the time but I walked up to the desk with my daughter so front desk lady clearly saw I was with her. I checked in then waited in the waiting room with my daughter. They called me back to start the procedure By the time I get upstairs I’m waiting to get dressed out I text my daughter just to make sure she’ll be OK. Soon as I have left they walked up to her and kicked her out. Mind you it is 112 outside they asked her what she was doing there and told her she had to leave. The waiting room was empty and she was wearing a mask.So they kick out a 14-year-old to fend for herself in the city she’s unfamiliar with ( I’m from Chandler).Luckily I had text her to check on her so I had to undress out of my surgery Clothes go down and get her from outside. When I confronted the front desk about it they just laughed then got mad and told me she wasn’t allowed to be in there. Now I understand protocols and what not they could’ve just let me know that and I would’ve rescheduled but their way of handling it was wait till I go up for the procedure and then just kick her out. It was so disgusting to see how they treated her as a child. Very hateful people. I should also mention and I’m not just saying this because I am biased but the equipment there is like Third World old medical equipment. Everything is dated when you get up to the surgery area. It kind a looks like you’re going back in time to the 70s. Again I am not just saying that if you don’t believe me go check it out for yourself. Just not really well run not to mention instead of handling the problem the staff was very confrontational and rude. I am blown away by how unprofessional this place is, if Ii could give zero stars I would.

An employee who works at both locations (downtown and westside) tested positive for COVID-19 and they have not yet shut down for deep cleaning. They do not care about the health of thier employees or patients. They are taking almost no precautions.

Alejandro Morales, M.D. is the best physician I have ever had. His bedside manner is second to none. He is compassionate, caring, and he talks to you as an equal. He lacks the hubris and arrogance that a lot of physicians have, but he is a Harvard trained physician. I am very grateful for him.

It is quite a drive for us. We like Dr. Bista and that is the only reason we come driving 30 min one way. It is in 2nd floor and it is very difficult for senior citizens to reach.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. I had to escort a family member for a procedure that was supposed to take 15min. It took closer to 3 hours. I got to overhear several unprofessional conversations happening between the front desk girl and other co-workers. In addition to the lack of respect the whole waiting area, stairs, elevators, and parking garage smell like cigarette smoke.
