We had been working with Scott for several months to find a wheelchair van that fit our needs (and our wheelchair). He was very responsive, even to my questions for detailed dimensions not normally a concern to most customers. He found a van within our price range and helped us get it shipped to Seattle. I was nervous about the process having never purchased a vehicle sight-unseen, particularly not one this expensive. The van has turned out to be well maintained, in great shape and reliable. We’re very pleased with the mechanical integrity of the van as well as the body and appearance. The one aspect we wished could have turned out better was that the van arrived with only one key. Because it uses a “smart key”, replacement keys are quite expensive, and I spent over 300 at the dealer to get a 2nd key. This was an unpleasant and unexpected expense. (Scott did try to help use a key blank procured from E-Bay and self-program the key, but this does not work on most later model Chrysler products). Make sure you find out how many keys will come with the van.

My experience with Arizona Mobility Center was absolutely fantastic! Scott and Julia were outstanding to work with from start to finish through our entire process and I can’t say enough good things about them and their customer service. They went above and beyond with their willingness to work with us and our situation. They were very patient, helpful, honest, professional, caring, and maintained a high level of integrity. It was so great to be able to do business with people like Scott and Julia that were so trustworthy, especially when making a purchase on a handicap van that we were not able to see in person. After receiving full payment, they quickly shipped the van to us. The handicap van was just as shown from the pictures they had posted on their website and we are very pleased with it! The rear entry AMT conversion is fantastic and allows a wheelchair to be placed in between the second row seats, which was extremely important for us. The one piece rear manual ramp is great and so easy to use with the latch. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Arizona Mobility Center and I am so glad I chose them for our handicap van. I am so thankful for Arizona Mobility Center. If you are looking for a handicap van and are considering purchasing a van online like I was without seeing it in person, you don’t need to be hesitant with Arizona Mobility Center. They are the experts and are very knowledgeable on handicap vans. I would strongly recommend anyone to do business with Arizona Mobility Center for a handicap van.

Van was in excellent condition and they took care of the shipping part which was at a great price.
