I have been a client here for over 5 years. In the beginning, it was an all women run business and always a pleasure to visit. There have been changes in the last few years but I have always been loyal and faithful. The new management and staff is shockingly atrocious. The new manager tried to argue with me and talk down to me - all because I wanted to drive 45 minutes (almost an hour and a half round trip on my one day off) out of my way to support this business. I watched how she continued to treat the new person that arrived in the same manner and fashion. I believe she overheard me make a call to a new dermatologist and then gave me a weak sorry. Again, all I wanted to do was give this company my business. All I wanted was to have an appointment. Nothing was wrong my with insurance or any type of issues - the staff is that terrible and mean spirited. Don’t waste your time and money going here. There are so many other businesses out there that want your business and will treat you with the common human decency that is missing here. My new dermatologist is less than a mile from my house. I’m making this review now at my new dermatologist and guess what - it is the total opposite of my last experience that I had at Arizona Premier Dermatologist.

This place is amazing! Brenda is very knowledgeable and she recommended a skin care regimen that has really been working for me. She gives great assessments on your current skin conditions and provides tips to maintain. What I love most about AZ Premier Dermatology is their commitment to natural beauty. They simply believe that healthy skin is beautiful skin. They believe in the confidence that having healthy skin can bring to someone. The never \push\ products you don't need. In fact, they frequently help me find something that works for me that I can also afford! I have complete faith in Arizona Premier Dermatology for all my skin needs!

I paid 80 to be recommended sensitive skin cream and moisturizer which were not even required... billing department is even worse, they never send the bill out. I am not even sure how to make the payment now. Never coming back again.
