Don't bother filing a complaint with this group. They side with the various companies. Express flooring installed carpet into my home that fell apart. The manufacturer of the carpet stated the delimitation was due to no seam sealer used. There are 7 places where the seams are pulling apart and the carpet has hundreds of tufts everywhere. Just look at the photos. Steven Nelson & Albert Bernal said my dogs chewed the seam...in a straight line...which is impossible but who knew I had dogs so talented...BTW-Express Flooring, which has hundreds of BAD reviews, is a an HORRIBLE company.

Our new house was not graded correctly and beazer homes refused to even come out and look at it. We asked for a courtesy inspection from the roc to see what could be done. It was a horrible mistake. They sent Steven out who took a few pictures didn’t laser level the yard and said we altered the yard by adding stone which is what beazer told us to do. What is worse is that now we can’t go to mediation because Steven cleared beazer or they claim. We had the yard laser leveled and it was 3 inches higher in the front than it was in the back. My advice would be not to call these guys and call a lawyer

Complete joke. You work hard to get your license and be in good standings. And they do nothing to protect contractor s from sham complaint s and. Laying home owners. That watch u tube and think they know everything. They come after us. When there a bunch of Unlicensed. People. And they get away with everything. Redicules.

Not on the side of the consumer. Rather protects the contractor.
