My husband and I highly recommend ARG without reservation for any project involving granite, marble, quartzite or quartz. We worked with Veny as our salesperson/master installer. He is incredibly meticulous, professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Veny took the time to explain each step of the process, answering all of our questions. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our cabinetmaker that impacted the installation of our 14.5 foot island countertop. After 3 visits by the cabinetmaker he still had not managed to install the cabinets level enough to ensure the proper installation of our granite countertop. Basically throwing up his hands, the cabinet guy refused to rectify the problem. So, Veny took it upon himself, (with his installers), to disassemble/reassemble the cabinets; leveling the floor area and cabinets perfectly. Then they did an amazing job installing our beautiful countertop. ARG even bought back a half slab of the granite material that we did not need!! Wish we had used ARG for the cabinets as well because we know that Veny would have made sure they were perfect at installation. We cannot say enough wonderful things about how caring and conscientious Veny is and the awesome products and work that ARG provides

John at Royal Granite was amazing to work with. He was always available to answer questions, and showed when he said he would. the install was quick and turned out beautiful. Royal Granite told us when it was going to be done and believe it or not, not a day beyond when they installed. My husband and I have been in the building industry for years and that was the first time a subcontractor did what they said they would do.

What a great experience Vinny was so knowledgeable and helpful. Do not go to big box stores if you want start to finish customer service beyond expectations. He will go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Glad I shopped around, could not be happier with my whole experience. Highly recommend you give them a shot.

Veny at Royal Granite is the best guy in Phoenix if you're looking for a great deal on countertops. The quality is high and the price is by far the lowest I found after searching for 6 months. I stopped by Royal Granite several times before deciding because I was on a VERY tight budget. The owner of the company Veny only charged me for the main Island Granite,cutting, and laminating. He threw in two small black quartz \scrap\ countertops for FREE! The price of my job was between 1000-2000. I honestly think he lost money on this deal. I left my key in a lockbox and he and 2 guys did the install while I was working. I stopped by the job halfway through and was blown away by the work they did. There were no reservations letting them in my house. Royal granite comes highly recommended.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Lowe’s and Home Depot when looking to renovate my kitchen. I did some shopping around at other local countertop places but Veny was simply the best. Veny helped us out the entire way and was there for EVERY STEP of the process, sharing his expertise but never pressuring a sale. He shows up on the job site to make sure things are running smoothly and his employees are top notch people. We even asked if he could install a backsplash and new flooring for our kitchen as well even though we had already bought the materials and he graciously agreed. If you’re looking for ANY COUNTERTOP or home remodeling needs, do yourself a favor and come here FIRST, these guys are the Real Deal.
