I am new to Arizona and needed a urology follow up and chose Arizona urological institute. It was a wise choice. The staff was wonderful. They made sure all my questions were answered. all my needs were addressed in a highly professional manner. The facilities were clean and spacious. I highly recommend this office.

My doctor is Dr Patel. I have been seeing him for several years. He is very attentive to my care and my input. His Staff is professional and efficient. I would give 5stars but the accounting and billing is very slow and frustrating. They are Mountain West.

Dr. Karlovsky is an amazing, kind and patient doctor. He took the time to really understand the situation and provided me with a detail explanation of what was happening. Most doctors only see you for a few min, but this doctor really cares.... The staff at the office is also great!! 5 stars...!!

Very happy with each visit, expertise, surgery process and follow up testing. After being in a federal program for 27 years and working with 34 doctors in all specialties on medical cases, I can recognize what a great treating source is and Dr. Hsu exceeds all those expectations.

Dr. Volfson, his chief nurse Hope and staff are all friendly and professional. Would have received 5 stars except that call backs were intermittent and I had to keep calling to get some things updated and moving. At my last visit, I sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes before being called into an examination room. One of the other nurses, Cassandra did an excellent and quick job of getting a procedure scheduled and information to me after I let her know the problem with call backs.
