I must say I was highly impressed with the customer service. Kim is great, patient & understanding. We are all trying to survive this pandemic & Kimberly made me feel welcome & wanted. I made a comment that this is a way better situation than I had at Uhaul & I already appreciate her & the company. I even got a cute little bag with goodies & helpful information. If I could have rates a 10 I would have. Please keep up the good work.

This has been by far the best place I have ever been to rented from compared to a very many in my lifetime(my parents,business,friends, personal)!!! The place is ALWAYS CLEAN!!! The staff has always been a step above the rest!!! I would only recommend this impeccably ran storage facility and no other!!! They have it all and it definitely shows!!! Location really is no problem at all never any issues
I can’t say enough good things about AZ Storage Inns on Van Buren in Phoenix. Kimberly and staff were so helpful, friendly, and informative and understanding! This storage facility is so well managed and maintained. The grounds are kept immaculate. Move in and move out went so smoothly...they really made my experience so very pleasant. I’m so very thankful...moving is stressful enough, it was wonderful not to worry if my things were safe and secure!
Fantastic team of both managers and owners. It was easy to get set up and I felt so welcomed! It’s so nice to feel confident about the security of my unit, at such a great price too. I didn’t even realize how much stress I had about moving and storage stuff until it was off my plate. Arizona Storage Inns accounted for all my needs, and it’s got the added bonus of supporting a local business. Plus the 24 hour access is amazingly convenient too. Highly recommend!
