Update: Been waiting on title docs from Ric but no reply so far. It's been a few days now and he seems to just be ignoring me. I can't move forward with a motor carrier without that title document so I gotta knock down the stars each day goes by I don't have that title doc. My experience at Arrow had been nothing but smooth thanks to Ricardo. I leased on to a 2016 Volvo VNL670 at a reasonable down payment, new drive tires, detailed truck with 100 worth of Def and a warranty. Being this was my first truck arrow has made it smooth where other dealerships couldn't. Thanks Ric and Arrow!
