I have just switched to ALS, Mike Pack has been super! Anne also is a doll. I love how friendly and efficient the team is. Customer service is on point and they blew me away with how fast they get everything done and provide great products. I felt welcomed from the start.

I've called Artificial Limb Specialists to speak with Mike Pack with no return phone call, the place doesn't take my insurance for whatever reason but I was going to pay out of my own pocket for the work to be done but it seems Mike Pack doesn't want to help anyone unless he can milk the insurance companies for every dime he can get. You see it's about the money for him , he doesn't care to help anyone unless he can get top dollar for his so called labor of Love! I can only speak about Mike Pack , I've met him a few times but he doesn't ever return phone calls because he wants the most money he can get out of you and your insurance. I recommend going to Scott Sabolich Research and Development in Oklahoma city, you see this is where I go for socket designs because their the best in the country and they work with you to achieve the best prosthesis without gouging your pocket book. I live in Arizona and really didnt have the time to travel to Sabolich this time and thought Mike Pack might do a decent job on a new inner liner but I finally figured it out with him, he is not sure of himself with AK amputees , he likes the easy jobs to do like replacing a knee or foot anything except for the most difficult part of the prosthesis the socket. Good news though, I ve decided to go head and go to Oklahoma it is probably the smartest thing to do, I dont like wasting time with incompetent prosthestists and having been a amputee for 42 years , believe me they are in about every facility you go to.

The team at artificial limb specialists is top notch. I have worked closely with Mike Pack for several years now and to a lesser extent Seth, Kevin, Anne, and Gary. Seth is a fellow BKA with a wealth of knowledge. Mike has been a huge asset for me, both during my transition to becoming an RBKA and in the years following. He listens and approaches socket fitting in a constructive and professional manner. Patient bedside manner is excellent and his expertise shines through in the delivery of quality end products. Mike’s made several feet for me and we’ve gone through quite a few check sockets. I can honestly say that the entire team at ALS has become like family. I have a running leg thanks to Mike, which has given me back something I thought I’d never have again. Most importantly, I walk and live my life daily pain free and with confidence that when I run into an issue they are there for me every step of the way. Thank you Mike and team for everything!! I am a bilateral BK amputee and after working with two other prosthetic companys I was about to give up ever walking again. Then I was lucky enough to find Mike Pack and Artificial Limb Specialists. They have make me several sets of legs from start to finish and I can not recommend Artificial Limb Specialists highly enough. If you are an amputee in need of a arm or leg or even considering an amputation please call them and make an appointment. I wear my legs from morning to night comfortably. I walk at least 3 to 5 miles a day, do yard and house work, and exercise. Thanks to Mike and Artificial Limb Specialists I have my life back. The entire staff are there to help you and will do so no matter how long it takes. Thank you Mike, Kevin, Seth, Gary and Ann for all you do for your patients.
