My car buying experience with Audi North Scottsdale was the best car buying experience to date. I live a few hours away from the dealership and inquired online about a specific vehicle. I received a response from Ron Sparazynski within the hour and he was there every step of the way to answer my questions. He was straightforward, and the final price was exactly as we had negotiated, no last-minute surprises. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, polite, and went out of their way to make the transaction seamless. I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours and extremely impressed with how efficient they were. Amazing service by everyone involved in my transaction. I highly recommend Ron if you are in the market for a vehicle.

The perfect car I was looking for was not on the lot when we visited. Ronald Sparazynski was the salesman who greeted us. He found a car on the website and told us it was on it's way to the dealership and would arrive in about six weeks. When it arrived, we went in for a test drive. Ron was very informative and explained in detail how to drive the car and what almost every function was for. As we test drove, he continued explaining the features. He has very nice, respectful, and patient with us. We did purchase the car that day and the entire process was smooth and easy. The entire time, Ron made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and efficiency. We left the car to have a paint film applied to the front. A few days later, Ron called and told us he would deliver the car to us, even though we lived 45 minutes away; this was greatly appreciated. Upon delivery, he explained more options on the car and continually encouraged us to contact him if we had anymore questions in the future. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.
We returned to Audi as very satisfied customers. The exemplary service department brought us back to Audi when we were considering a new car. But it was Nelson who sealed the deal for sure! No pressure. No sales tactics. Just a knowledgeable Audi specialist who listened to what our needs were and delivered! Nelson gave us a very comfortable shopping experience. While we love the Audi brand, with so many other choices and deals, it was Nelson who made us comfortable enough to secure the sale.
Great experience. I called and spoke to the manager, Matt Guthrie, who listened to what I wanted. He agreed with me that it was something they could do (with my trade). I came in and went over everything again with him. Matt was extremely accommodating and had Jeff Griffin help me out with the sale. Once everything had been hashed out (maybe 15 minutes), Kari Glowacki processed the paperwork. I got in and out in record time and was home to watch the Super Bowl. From start to finish the staff at Audi Scottsdale were exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Audi of North Scottsdale. I worked with Lucas Pajaro and I would highly recommend him! He was patient and thorough while we did all of our research, and helped us get a great deal. We bypassed another Audi dealer to come back and work with Lucas!
