Trash! Call them for an estimate on a simple radio installation for my 96 Jeep Cherokee. I talked to the manager. He asked me to send pics which I do. He didn't reply back. Hours later, I texted him again and finally he replied back and questioned why I don't install it myself. Are you kidding? Called Arizona sounds and they installed it in less than an HOUR!! How these guys have over a one star rating is beyond me. Go to Arizona sounds (35th Ave and Bell rd). Audio Techniks are HORRIBLE!
