Hector was prompt and friendly. A plastic piece inside the window had to be replaced after he looked. He had to take back to his shop but was back within the time he told me. Replaced the mechanism and window worked perfectly. Fair, friendly and good workmanship.

I needed to get a driver side window replaced after it was shattered. After calling almost every place for a quote in Phoenix this location was the most reasonable. Not only did they get me in same day but they vacuumed up all of the old glass from the previous broken window. The installation took less then an hour and everything was working and back to normal by the time I drove off. The customer service was top notch! Marty is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend these guys for price, service and overall job performance!

Very professional and arrived in a timely matter. I was stressing because my back windshield was broken and I couldn’t drive my vehicle. When I called Hector he answered my call and text message right away and set up an appointment for the next day. I am happy with their services because not only did he install my windshield but he also assisted with cleaning up the glass inside my car from the damage. I would def recommend this business for any glass repair. Thank you Hector!

This is a fair rating. At first I did read the reviews, the one star ones. I do this to find legitimate claim of ratings. I spoke with a professional understanding person named Hector. He gave me a quote and YES he spoke with broken english. (This is Arizona the Southwest not England, move dumb azz!!) I called back and spoke with a female to set up a time and date. I was informed how to what they were going to do and reasonable time window. (PROFESSIONAL). Marvin did notify before arriving and when did introduced himself and gave me an estimated time of completion. Very organized, professional and clean work he performed. I have nothing in common with the One Star rating reviews and question their substance. Competitive pricing, Professional service and Work. Thank you Auto Glass Factory.
