Beautiful neighborhood, very very modern aesthetic. The pros are that the homes are spacious and well designed. Gives you everything you need for families, couples, or single individuals looking for a large home. Being right under South mountain, you get beautiful views. The cons are, and not really cons, more just preference, but the lots are a little bit small for the premium you are paying for the homes. And speaking of the price, they seem a little high for the area, at least at this point. But with the housing market being on fire right now, you could do much worse related to value.

I am very pleased with the Maracay Homes experience! We recently completed construction of our Maracay Home at Avance. The whole process from start to finish was almost perfectly seamless and straightforward. Our sales rep, Natasha, was great to work with. She made the whole sales process go very smoothly. The design studio selection process tired us out (because of all the great options to choose from!), but it went very smoothly. Our design consultant applied no sales pressure and was very understanding and affirming of our design choices. We feel like we received great value for the money! Our construction manager, John, was very professional, completely on top of the project, and very responsive to any questions or concerns that came up along the way. He made sure the house was built correctly, and it was obvious he was committed to good quality and great craftsmanship. The closing process was quick and clean, and the handoff and orientation were seamless. Since we've been in the house a little while we've had a few minor warranty items come up here and there. Lucilla, our customer service representative, has been very attentive and very responsive. She has a lot on her plate, but she keeps things organized and puts customer service first. Even after the sale the folks in the sales office have been awesome. They've been great about answering questions and just talking about the community and everything we can do to make it a great experience for everyone. There's a great vibe!
These are the most unique homes I have seen around yet, and right at the base of S Mountain in a gated community. Very luxurious.
Tremendous development. Close to downtown, the airport, and Tempe, and South Mountain is right out your back door. Great construction and sale teams who are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We bought in this development after looking all over the Valley. We loved the flexible floor plan and modern design. The neighborhood has a great mix of people. The build quality is very good and Maracay follows up with any after construction concerns. My wife and I are extremely happy with our choice.
We have been living in the community since February and we really enjoy it. We love our house and the community center! The pool is great for kids. The neighbors are very welcoming and from all over the country. Going through the sales process was easy and they give you a lot of standard options for a new build.
