Avista North Mountain Memory Care center was a wonderful place for my mother! All of the staff treated her and our family so well! They kept me informed about all my mothers health issues and special events! Even shared pictures with me via text! They would take the time to FaceTime with me so I could see my moms lovely face!they always responded to me promptly when I had questions and concerns! At the time of her passing many of the staff shared beautiful stories about my mother with me! The care and compassion they had for my mother was something I will treasure forever! Thank you Avista! I rate you as 10 stars!

I was a resident here. I do not recommend it. Even though I need assisted living, I had to do almost everything myself. I could not get help when I needed it. I liked the activities and the other residents, but that could not make up for lacking assistance with my daily needs like making the bed, access to enough drinking water, extra help getting dressed when I was sick. I never knew who I was supposed to talk to when I had a problem. I never met the supervisors or the staff who were in charge. I don't think they cared about me because they did not meet me personally. I am sorry I had this experience and I am posting this review not to be contrary, but hoping that no one else will have to go through my ordeal.
Avista North Mountain assisted living is a great facility. The teams care about the residents that they are taking care of. The facility is nice, clean, and a place that residents can call home. The residents are kind and enjoy the different activities that the facility has to offer.
This place is a joke. Roaches and bed bugs in resident rooms. Some of the residents are nice but the majority of them disrespect you and even throw hot coffee on employees, yet they get to stay in the building because of census and the owner & VP of operations want numbers. They do not care about their residents at all, it really is a shame.
I have had many experiences working with the employees at this facility, they are knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciate how Avista puts kindness at heart of everything they do!
