Expedited service scam. If you don't pay for expedited service they will just keep pushing your job back until you do. I was promised the job would be done by a certain date. A month later it still wasn't done. Every week the issue was \all this new work that paid for expedited service has us busy. Haven't had time to get to yours yet..\ After weeks of this I finally went in to ask for my materials back so I could take it somewhere else and they refused to give me back my items. He said according to the contract they could hold my property as long as they wanted to. Basically extorting me for that extra \expedited service fee.

**Buyers beware** Dropped off some tapes during the first part of September and was told they would be done in 10-15 business days. When I had not received an update after a month I contacted them and spoke to a guy named Gabriel. He indicated that they should be ready within the next week. Another month went by and I called and was told the same thing. Last week I called again and was told they would be ready on Monday or Tuesday, once again no call or email. I finally went in today and asked for my tapes back and a refund since it had been almost three months to which Gabriel told me he could get this completed by end of day. I said no and I wanted my tapes back. He then said I needed to pay for services rendered... I refused and finally a lady came from the back and said give him his tapes and a refund. I have never dealt with a company like this, incredibly rude and not customer focused. DO NOT do business with them. There are plenty of other ethical companies around that would love your business.
