Been coming here for years! Staff is always friendly! The councelors are awesome! Been through plenty of bad councelors and I've seen a few different ones in this office and never had any issues. Definitely recommend this office!

I took my daughter here for a few years, our HSA always paid the bills without me having to do anything. Apparently, my HSA stopped the automatic payments without my knowledge. It shouldn't have been a big deal, the billing dept should have notified me, billed me, something! But no! Instead of EVER making me aware that there were unpaid bills, they waited over a YEAR and then sent my account to a collection agency! A freaking collection agency!!!!! I am so shocked, embarrassed, and angry! I pay EVERY bill on time, I would NEVER ignore a bill for even a month, and to have these IDIOTS send me to a collection agency? I am LIVID! Yes, I should have been keeping an eye on the account, but the two unpaid visits coincided with my daughter's caregiver switching to her own practice, and I wasn't clear on who would be paid or if they had been paid. If you've ever dealt with an HSA, it can be very confusing. But I think it's pretty understandable that I would expect to GET A FREAKING BILL if I owed anything. How do they treat customers this way? So, so, so awful. Shameful.
No assistance for the poor..if your sick and on state insurance this place does not accept any AHCCCS insurance and you can continue to be sick. Shame on this society.
