I booked a party bus for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party! The girls had so much fun, and their driver, Herbert, was so kind, fun, prompt, and professional. I highly recommend AZ Limo, and know we will be booking events with them again in the future.

Greg was amazing! He was happy to take us to several different places and was ready with suggestions! We will definitely use AZ limo again in the future!

The customer service began yelling at me on the phone while I was attempting to book. Tried to explain to the man on the phone, after giving him the pick up location that the drop off location would be the same. He then asked what would be the drop off location, in which I replied it would be the same as the pick location I gave him. This is when he started yelling at me, asking what was the drop off location. I let him know it was the same address as the pick up. I was confused, because I repeated the location to home twice already. It’s like he wasn’t listening to anything I said. The conversation was very hostile from the first hello. I wish I could say I made it through with the booking process, but I had to hang up. The way I was being talked to was unacceptable.
Great driver. Attention to detail was without equal. This is a business I will continue to support. They are serious about customer service and go out of their way to ensure every experience is top-notch. Thank you AZ Limo!!
