I have been seeing Dr. Franke for several years. I was referred to him by a Neurosurgeon who had operated on me after getting a spinal infection caused by a pain doctor who inadvertently injected one of my lumbar discs while performing an epidural nerve injection in attempt to reduce the debilitating pain caused by a pinched nerve. Since seeing Dr. Franke, he has performed over a dozen a dozen of these injections on me without any issues. I will NEVER trust any another pain doctor to perform injections on me since getting that infection from another doctor. Since that surgery my pain has increased and I now require a total lumbar fusion due to continuing pain since that operation. Dr. Franke has done a lot to help keep my pain under control and in my opinion is flat out the best, most trusting pain doctor in practice today. If need to get your pain under control and want live a more functional pain free life, I recommend you see Dr. Franke.

Cancelled my appointment without contacting me. I arranged my day, showed up at their office and was informed that they had cancelled my appointment. They informed me that my insurance company called them and cancelled. Not true. I called my insurance company and they had no record of speaking with anyone there at this office. I was told the manager would call me..no call.

I see Janet Orozco and She is always in on time when I'm seen , and she is just always willing to hear about any problems im having with hip and back. So because of that I get my injections scheduled pretty fast as well

Dr. Frankie is a incredible trained Mayo doctor and from my very 1st visit, I knew how lucky I was to have found him. He spent time with me & helped me understand what I did not . I trust his work and him. .Staff is awesome too.
