My wife and I recently had the pleasure of buying a used refrigerator from this company. We had a great experience with the sales people involved and were thrilled with the fridge. Unfortunately it wasn’t getting quite as cold as I desired so I contacted the store. They had a repairman out within a day who diagnosed the problem and placed an order for the correct part. In the meantime he was able to up the functionality of the existing part which made the fridge more than cold enough. When the part arrived within a short time a separate repairman responded and did the work in a very timely fashion. Ultimately the fridge was restored to a working order far beyond my expectations. The salesman and repairmen were all exceptional both in customer service and effectiveness. We’ve been frequenting this store for over twenty years and have never had a bad experience. Excellent business!!!

I just paid 434 for a reconditioned GE washer And first time using it it makes a loud noise, i have to return it but there’s a 20% restocking to return any defective product Update: I returned the reconditioned unit I bought a new one, they gave me full credit towards the new one.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We have tried using this company for the last 5 years and working with them though all the poor experiences. We understand that they do not make washer/dryer combos... However, they sell, install and service equipment. After a terrible 1st washer/dryer unit that did not even last 13 months... They told us that the Speed Queen unit would be more appropriate for our needs. We lasted 1.5 years and started having issues with they dyer. They sent out a tech who was useless.. After over a week of waiting he came up with nothing... Meanwhile the dryer is still grinding... Now fast forward to two months later... They dryer is not drying... So I call to have someone back out because the original service issue was dismissed.... THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO ONE TO HELP ME FOR OVER A WEEK..... You would think from a customer service point of view they would have a different solution... Especially with the amount of money we have spent there over the last 3 years. I hope who ever uses them has no issues with their equipment because you will not receive the help you deserve.
Terrible customer service, horrible delivery, install not even completed. 9/10 maintenance workers & technicians do not recommend this company. I don’t always install appliances, but when I do I don’t use b&b. If you order from them, you’re gonna have a bad time. Getting appliances from them is like getting food poisoning from a restaurant that was overly hyped up and just ends up being a disappointment. If you want to be let down b&b is the place to be. It’s like going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled only for them to pull the wrong tooth. Just don’t
