Quick, efficient, and kind service. I made an appointment Friday (3 days ago). After just 5 minute wait, my name was called. My Ultrasound tech (Pam, I think) was very pleasant and was able to build a rapport with me that made me feel comfortable. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism. TIP: be sure to make an appointment. Offices like this runs more smoothly if all the patients uphold their responsibility. Also, bring your insurance card, Proper ID, and the referral form your physician signed off on.

My wife got referred her for an ultra sound and the wait wasn't bad at all. This was our first time at this office from check in to the point of getting seen was a total of 20 min. We came midweek just after one pm and there was probably a total of ten people waiting to be seen . Office was clean, staff was nice to us and answered all of our questions.

Appointment scheduled 30 days in advance and you choose to send a pre auth less than 24hrs in advance to insurance?! Its all digital, someone dropped the ball and this makes strike 3 on the same issue. Its stressful enough to have post cancer screenings and you add to the stress. The front desk ladies are so nice and welcoming although the ultrasound technician was super rude I’m not sure her name she was on the left side all the way in the back room. Super rude made the experience with my son even worst
