I was impressed with my whole encounter here. The women at the front desk to the technicians were wonderful! The techs explained everything step-by-step and made me feel at ease. The second technician went out of her way to help me get records from my out of state doctors. Truly went above and beyond. Plus there was absolutely almost no wait time!!!

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience or let me know they are running behind. I was there 2 hours for a scan that took less than 5 minutes. If a patient doesn't have the proper paperwork dont make the next person wait over 30 minutes for their appointment

I would like to thank Banner Imaging Paradise Valley so, so much!! They take care of their patients and really make sure that they’re comfortable and happy. I would especially recommend Sri Preethi Gunnala. She was kind and gentle but not creepy. Sri is experienced and made me feel at ease and made sure that I didn’t worry. Thank God that I am okay right now and that nothing is wrong with my body.
