I drove a friend to this place, he had to get a battery for his car. he was able to find a very specific battery it would be extremely durable in his car. Well that's great and dandy I got you shop around the store or window shop if you will I didn't spend no money and I got to see all kinds of neat stuff they have need stuff at this place lots of it if you need things like batteries they got them in the chargable kind of the solar kind the they've been charging you can never charge them again kind and the kind that fit into specific devices some of which they have if you have a power tool they probably have the m************ battery for it I believe it you should leave it Michael Buble in this place is all right and Knot Adidas Approved

I ordered the battery for my Prius. The battery listed was a good price at about 175 I tried to put it in and it wasn't even close to fitting. brought it back and had to pay more for the right one. I wanted to fix my car already so paid the extra 58 for a battery that would fit and now paid more then I could have gotten it at a dealer. The person behind the counter was nice enough but told me my choice was take it or leave it. I'll never buy anything from this scussy company
Very pleased with Batteries Plus resolving the issue with my 2 dead batteries I bought from them 3 years and 10 months ago for my 2009 Dodge Ram with a Cummins Diesel. Paid 426.00 for 2 of them and they were still under the 4 year warranty. They replaced both batteries with no charge to me. Can't get better than that.
I purchased a car alarm from this location approximately 3wks ago. Later the alarm stopped working. I returned to the store only to be told the battery wasn't any good in the alarm. The alarm has since stopped working AGAIN and I'm heading back to the store AGAIN to have this issue rectified hopefully with a refund of the alarm. I aim to give anyone in customer service environment a lot of lead way, however the salesperson who initially waited on me was not very friendly nor on my return did he approach me to ask what my issue was with the purchase. A female helped me and replaced the battery at my expense. Explained the battery should've been checked before putting in the alarm. Due to these unprecedented times, merchandise I'm sure hasn't moved since March and I believe I was sold an old alarm and battery at the initial purchase. Let's hope Batteries Plus do the right thing by the customer.
Brian, got my very old (yet beautiful) watch working again! He was PHENOMENAL, amazing customer service skills. I have been wanting to get my battery replaced for many years.
