Sam finished the engraving earlier than the quoted turn around time. I didn't expect to have it until after Valentine's Day but he finished it before so I could give it as a gift. I am planning to go back and purchase one of his beautiful pens for a birthday present.
I recieved the the most in customer service in this establishment. The owner was knowledgeable and personable. I took an item to be engraved, not realizing the wait time for the work. It was the beginning of December and the item was a Christmas gift, well he finished the gift and mailed it off. Needless to say it arrived to a very happy little girl! I was elated! I will always recommend this place!
I was quoted a great price in a fast response for my engraving request. Once I dropped the item off, it was completed before the estimated time and looked great! I couldn’t ask for more!
Sam was professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. Our trophy will require us to return every year in July for a new engraved winner's plaque insert and we won't go anywhere else!!
