Absolutely phenomenal. My first time here was just such a great experience. Very satisfied. First off, the ambience of this place just screams classic vibes. Love it. Second, Billy took such great care of me. Take this example: I brought in two guitars and a bass to be set up. After a thorough review, he recommended that absolutely nothing be done to one guitar and to the bass, as the necks were slightly warped. Any work performed in regards to lowering the action would apparently just be wasting my money. Billy could have “set up” that guitar and the bass and simply charged me for it. This is what Guitar Center would have done. But Billy didn’t. From what I’ve seen, Billy is an extremely and genuinely honest, nice, and caring individual. He knows more about setting up a guitar than anyone I’ve ever met. I will definitely be recommending his services to all of my guitar/bass playing friends.

Okay guys, it’s rare I post about other places, but I am going to do a huge shout out for my buddy Billy at B & D Guitar Repair. I went to an other place to get my new Tosin Abasi pickups set up in my beautiful Ibanez 7 String and they basically ruined my instrument and my new pickups. I have gone months without playing my brand new guitar and I expressed my anger and frustration and Billy took on the project to help clean up someone else’s mess and completely wowed me with his results. I’ve worked with Billy for years and normally no one else touches my guitars but I decided to give an other shop a shot because of location and memories from my old drummer working there. Well, I will travel the distance for Billy because he is not only an amazing man but an incredible guitar tech and I can only recommend his place of business. No one else from here on out is touching my guitars. Worth every penny
