I've been involved with Beacon since 2014, and am still with them. Everyone there is SUPER-SWEET, (but not sugarry, just nice). They truly care about what they do, and who they do it for.

They don't help you in anyway, even when you apply for there listed jobs.
Person-centered, accommodating, and professionally staffed. 6 years and going!
Because I work there and everyone r so friendly and I like this place.
I've been a consumer for them for 6 years now, and 9 times out of 10 they won't help you find work they'll support you in finding work but they don't encourage people to find work, and it's all about the QUOTAS so they won't get billed by the State, and they're for Profit not non profit, and they won't guarantee job coaching when ever you get stuck in a rut on a job, because they have such a turnover of employment specialist, and job coaches, that a client is on their own finding work, and supporting work, and that's how business is. They don't have job hiring connections in high places unless a consumer works there, which all makes sense, and they'll surgar coat the situation by saying they will help you find work only for what the client wants to hear, but once again 9 times out of 10 you look for work on your own. Less job coaching due to the high casework they have, and it's like Casemanagers in clinics, most majority of people won't find permanent work you as consumers have to be the squeaky wheeler in finding work. Don't depend on Beacon Group, Marc Community Resource, Wedco, look for work on your own through workshop seminars, and other resources in the community.
