Michael was nice and didn't pressure me to buy the first Mustang Mach E that came to Bell Ford. But, I did. The dealership was comfortable. Seemed much nicer than the big box dealerships I have used before. Since this was the first all electric Mustang sold at the dealership they had about as many questions as I did, but Michael called his sorry people in Michigan to find answers as well as searched the internet.... We got it all figured out eventually.

Awful service. They will not answer the phone. Wont connect me with a service advisor. I have asked for a manager or owner, wont connect me. I would not take your vehicle here for service. I WOULD not buy from them either. I purchased 2 vehicles from them and will not buy from this dealership. I am now a customer of Peoria Ford on Bell.
