I enrolled my kid in this school reading all the positive reviews. I was hoping that my little one will enjoy and will have a nice time. I would agree that there are committed and good teachers there. But some of teachers seemed to be very much decentralized. I was surprised to hear and see that teachers openly played favoritism which is totally unfair to any age groups especially elementary kids.

My girls will be going to Benchmark in the Fall and they have had the opportunity to experience a couple weeks of Summer Camp there. It is AMAZING! I could not be more happy with the campus, the teachers and the environment of the school. I am extremely excited for my girls to join the Benchmark team! Everyday on the way to camp my girls are actually excited to go to school. This was not the case going to their old school. I am sure their excitement will continue and the teachers are phenomenal so far. I look forward to seeing my girls jump right in and succeed at Benchmark. This school is patriotic, loving, student-centered and just all around wonderful!
My son has been attending Benchmark for 3 years now (Pre K - 1st Grade). I have been happy and impressed with his experience so far. All of his teachers have been extremely instrumental in his learning and social skills, they are passionate about their students education. The front office staff have been very helpful and kind. I enjoy the parent involvement with the school activities and believe the children do as well. There are lots of great after school clubs available which have only enhanced my sons involvement and understanding with various topics. The school website is also very helpful to stay informed and keep on top of upcoming events and there are even phone apps to communicate with the teachers and other parents. Big thumbs up for Benchmark.
As the father of a four-year-old who attends the school our first hand experience is that this is a school with teachers who care and have a passion for what they do, our child is excelling at learning and actually enjoys going to school (most) days! Benchmark school deserves its high /excellent ratings.
The staff is amazing & goes out of their way to make sure their students have all the best teaching that can be given. The Science lab is AWESOME -- especially for an elementary school. Their students are well-taught & extremely respectful & polite. They have done a great job teaching the right values & curriculum to their students -- preparing them well for any future educ cation that they wish to pursue!!
My daughter Lila Ashurst was a student at Benchmark and it was a great experience. Lila is also a graduate of Xavier and ASU! Go Girl! Thank you Benchmark fir your support if my daughter during a very difficult time for me medically you are ANGELS!
