Everything about the service was great! The vehicle was spotless and the drivers were super accommodating and ready to make sure our experience was excellent. They would sit silently and drive when we were talking and would engage with us pleasantly when we talked to them. They were quick to respond via text and right outside the door when we were done with dinner. This was 100% better than booking Ubers. We've done Ubers for nights out and even with scheduling them, they are inevitably late, not as nice, and you need to \plan\ when you're leaving so you're not sitting around. Cost-wise it was very close, but service-wise Blasian was far superior. The online reservation system was great too. I prefer to set up everything myself and know exactly what I'm paying. It was easy and fast. I'm looking forward to using Blasian for future nights out.

We hired Blazian for an office Xmas light tour. They used AZ Limo companies party bus and bumped up the price 200. When I found out their deal, they assured me that the up charge was for added services and their excellence. The added service was a person riding along, a party organizer. As soon as we started out it was clear that she did not even know our rout. We started our route in the exact opposite direction it was planned. We had 5 stops planned. The first one should have been 11 minutes away but turned out to be 25 min. Without going into too much detail, we ended up seeing 2 sites/stops and had to return . Time was up. The route was so badly calculated, we spent the entire time riding around and seeing nothing. The guide on the bus did absolutely nothing. For 200 more than I could have paid going straight with AZ Limo. Do not waist your time with Blazian, go straight to another company with more vehicles and better planning.
