If you dont speak English dont go here at least to use their payment program. I came to make a payment and she couldn't understand me but then they sold my boots charged me 20 percent of everything they claim that same lady left a voicemail who doesnt speak English. He claims she speaks English but each time I went I had to take someone to help because she didnt understand because she cant speak English so I lost 20 percent just to get some of my money back.. worst customer service ever. Will be reporting to better business bureau. So thankfully the guy who did help this day spoke English but that is the first day ever I went where someone spoke english although he claims she doesnt need to speak English in order to help but die to her not she couldn't understand to even say if product was in or to understand I needed to pay off but then they sale my product and charge me 20 percent just to get money back. Beware unless you speak English.
