Brown Roofing installed our roof last week. We went with this company after talking to 5 others. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and the wonderful customer service. Jesse and Craig answered all of our questions. The crew did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly after they finished. Highly recommend this company!

It was time for the roof to be replaced, as it had reached 25 years old since it was built. We bought our First and Final Home and figured this was going to be the biggest investment going forward that had to be good quality. The builder appeared to take many short cuts in the roof so I wanted a good Roofer that would actually make my home better than original! Found many roofers in Az that had good reviews and quality work but for some reason Brown Roofing had reviews that just spoke to me. Courteous, timely, efficient, quality craftsmanship and no up charging. In talking to Jesse at the first quote you just felt like old school Customer Service was there. They knew their stuff, stood by their craft and didn't do upcharges for things like fascia board needing repaired or replaced and they painted all of the pieces that needed to be repaired (with supplied original paint). No one did that with out a separate charge!. After working in the Architecture industry for almost 30 years I knew what good Flashing looks like! My home was so lacking in flashing I just freaked out every time it rained! Brown picked up on every Flashing scenario and I tell you what...this house is not going to leak! We are ready for the Monsoons if they ever come back. If you want top quality craftsmanship, value and real old time Customer Service look no further. I looked at a lot of top end roofers and found that Brown just seemed to capture the Customer service High point. Brown is not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive, by a long shot. They are what you want....a great, reliable, craftsman oriented, old school customer service Family owned Business that provides exceptional service and value at a fair price...that's what you want!!
If you are in need of a roofing specialist in the Valley, make these guys your first call! During our home purchase inspection period (a critical, time sensitive moment in the process) Brown Roofing was able to squeeze us in for a roofing inspection, provide a thorough quote that helped us in the negotiations on the purchase, and then w/in a week of moving in they were out to get the repairs to our roof done in one visit! So professional, reliable, and helped cover us (no pun intended!) through what could have been a much more stressful experience.
Our neighbors used Brown Roofing recently. We were impressed with once started, how quickly they did the job, and how clean they left their property. So we called Brown Roofing out to do an estimate. Jesse advised us we did not need his services at this time. Wow! You don't get a company that honest every day. We will definitely call them in the future.
We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
