I rented a forklift for a time sensitive delivery from Megan. She was very pleasant to work with and helpful getting everything set up. The driver called me the morning of delivery and couldn't get his truck to the building but he drove it around where it needed to be. I'm handling time sensitive deliveries coordinating multiple trucks to arrive at the same time and really appreciate when everything goes without issue. Highly recommended!
Russ & Megan were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I contacted them about purchasing a small used forklift for my business. Russ walked me through the options, pros and cons of different sizes/etc and answered all my questions thoroughly. We decided on the forklift we wanted to purchase, but Cactus still needed to perform some routine maintenance on it before it was ready to be delivered. They gave us a loaner from their rental fleet to use while they finished the needed work on the one we wanted to purchase, as we had some deliveries coming that needed a forklift to receive. We really appreciated Cactus' can-do service, they made sure that we weren't left in need while at the same time ensuring that the forklift they did sell was in proper shape and didn't take any unnecessary shortcuts, they even repainted the forklift we were purchasing from them as a nice perk! We won't hesitate to call Cactus for any future repairs, rentals, or other purchases!
