Camelback is under new management. Leaders have an open door policy with staff and seek to do all they can to support them. The administrator even gives out his own cell phone number for staff to call him if they ever have any questions or concerns. The team and staff here are amazing people to work with!

this place is the worst, no one couldn't even tell me why i was there but they said i would never walk again. i think they got their food out of a garbage can. if you really care about someone, do not send them to phoenix post acute care. they over charge and treat you like dirt, they are in it for the money

They don't know... Im so disappointed... Scary... 30%... Some staff really care... Management could use a good clean up...

Limited to no communication from medical staff to family. It was also difficult to communicate with my father because staff regularly hung up the phone while trying to transfer. Discharge plan was a joke and while I personally did not see the inside of the facility due to current circumstances, my father reported that the facility is dirty.
