I recently had a coyote run in front of me and even though I tried my best to avoid it I still ended up hitting it. It messed up the bumper, lights, and the front panel. Capitol Collision took care of my car and returned it looking brand new again. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing body repair work done. Great people, great service. I got chance to interact with Melisa. She is a delight to interact with. Whenever I called, my call was picked in secconds and Melisa use to direct me to right person. For my car, it was Hugo with whom I had chance to work with. He is a thorough professional. Took a good look at the car and explained me the details and answered all my queries with details and patience. He use to call me and provide regular updates on the progress. I would highly recommend Capitol Collision Repair. I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa when I initially contacted Capitol. She was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. My mom's car needed body work in addition to fixing a broken window. Hugo tried to have the window fixed during my initial consultation which I really appreciated. Hugo was quick to provide me with an estimate via email. Once I gave approval, he was also speedy in ordering the parts needed to fix my mom's car. During the entire process, Hugo kept me updated via email. My car was also ready a few days sooner than they projected. The window works perfectly! But I am most pleased with the work Capitol Collision did on the car door! It looks fantastic, and my mom was so happy. The entire staff here is friendly and very helpful. My car ended up being totaled out, however, they did assist me with getting my personal belongings and what to submit to insurance to make sure I got the value of the car before I was hit. They were very responsive during the process of going over my car and during the time it took to come to the determination it could not be fixed. They walked me through every step as this was the first crash I had been in. They made this difficult process so much smoother. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants honest and helpful people to work with!!
Minor car accident on 12/20/20, my insurance referred me, my jeep was in the shop 2days later. Rodney called me on Christmas eve day, informed me what needed to be done to repair my Jeep. I was provided a completion date of 1/7/21and right on target, picked up my Jeep on 1/7/21. Received a warranty certificate, guaranteed their work. This was my first time using Capitol Collision, I would use them again and I would recommend them as well. They are very friendly staff, very welcoming.
