We have lived in our (35 year old) home for 14 years and had changed some carpeting over the years. We had decided to change three bedrooms and the hall and began looking. We called the folks with all the TV ads, and they came with their \specials\ that really only applied to their remnants and odd pieces. We knew exactly what we wanted and they promised to get back to us with their \other deals\, but that seemed liked a smokescreen. We went by Carpet Closeouts and showed them similar samples of what we wanted. They came by the house and made specific measurements and advised of things to watch out for relating to entryways, moldings and padding. When we went back to see what could ordered, they did not try to push us to one item or another but LISTENED. The owner of Carpet Closeouts has been in the business for 30 years and been at this location for about 10 years. They ordered from the Georgia factory and it was delivered about 3 weeks later after being made. The installation company who is recommended (but not on their payroll) brought the carpet, moved our heavier furniture in/out and completed the job in less than half a day. The cost of this project was substantially less than the TV ad specials and we have a better product. We are pleased to highly recommend Carpet Closeouts John J. Hogan
