To tell you the truth, the staff at this Clinic are simply amazing. Each and every one of them.they honestly do care for your sobriety and I want you to succeed but it's ultimately up to you. And to those who gave a bad rating, the world doesn't revolve around you. Just follow the rules. Plain and simple. So stop acting so entitled.

Through out my 5 years at this clinic I have heard a lot of people complain about everything. From the rules to the people working there. But here is my opinion. I think it is a great clinic and actually most if not all the staff treat everyone fairly and with respect if given. As far as the rules go, yes there are TONS of them! But hellooooo we are recovering DRUG addicts! If given the chance some of the patients would try to get away with something. Notice I said SOME. LIKE selling their doses, using other illegal drugs with the methadone, having doctors prescribe them things they don't even need, or just not staying clean. They have all these rules to help us maintain out sobriety so we can be proud to be clean. I say to the people who are getting all upset about the rules, maybe you need to take a step back and take a look at the situation you put yourself in and realize they are just here to help! And to address the money issue with billing. We had a mistake made where it said we owed but we knew we had a whole week still paid for. They went back and checked and we showed our receipts and they happy changed it back for us. Before blaming things on the people that work their who are trying to help, maybe you should step back a check the person looking back at you in the mirror.

TURN AROUND AND RUN!! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! This is THEE WORST clinic I've ever been too in the country seriously if you need to stay in this area then go to the one right down the street all you have to do is google methadone clinics and all the locations will pop up just please take my advice and do not go here!! You have to wait (does not matter what time you go) a minimum 15 mins because check this out... They only have ONE window so like I said prepare to wait! Oh and the staff are absolutely TERRIBLE none of them should be working with recovering addicts because you can tell they absolutely hate us. I'm not exaggerating folks! Man how I Wish someone could've told me all of this before I started coming here. So consider yourself lucky to be able to read this and I hope I saved you from going to this hellhole. These people seriously need to be SHUT DOWN!! Will be transferring to another clinic A.S.A.P God bless and good luck to you!!!

I got a blood clot in my lung, so I was In the hospital for a couple days. it simply was because I didn't drink water for a year at least, except when I dosed, lol. Anyways, im perfectly fine now. In fact, I just started weight lifting again. So its no issue, but this clinic kicked me out cuz they were worried about being responsible for me. I started using again, up to 6 grams a day. Yeah, it is my bad choice, but their rules and sorry excuse of so called help is designed to make you fail. We make mistakes, yeah, but this place is there for the money only I guess. Cuz they sure screwed me up. now ive cut my abuse into a gram a day and im looking for another clinic. So thank you so much for absolutely nothing. -5 stars.

Fraud Alert!!?!?! Billing system is inaccurate because there is no real time account balance and dosing loggs are tainted due to human error. 8 days later and a past day becomes due, why 8 days later am i being told when they had 7 days to notify me. Reciept shows inaccurate balance, where is the missing 12 dollars. why is there no indication explaining where that 12 dollars went on my reciept? Why is my counselor treating me poorly because i asked him to stop telling me a story that he felt was necessary to tell me. All the sudden you arent going to do your job and treat me with respect because the story you were trying to tell me was insulting and i asked you to stop telling me your story. How incredibly far off this business' mission objective is to be treating patients this poorly. Im shocked that this is acceptable and considered a treatment center. I yet to see any professional experts who take their job seriously by providing accurate and honest care.
