Extremely poor setup with the will call center. Absolutely zero signage anywhere in the entire yard that denotes where to go. Once you’re finally inside, you are greeted by the smell of cat urine (not sure how) and the grimiest floors, walls, doors, and every surface. Place is filthy. Like New York subway public bathroom. I would avoid this place at all costs.
The folks at Central Transport were incredibly helpful and professional. As a non commercial person you always have a bit of apprehension about dealing with large commercial entities. I didn't need to worry a bit. They helped me pickup and breakdown my pallets. Thanks CT, you are a great company.
Has its ups and downs like every other company. .. but I will say if you're not lazy they will keep you busy and you'll make alot of money !!
We received a shipment that should have been 6 pallets I believe, the merchandise fell over in the truck and turned in to 9 pallets. driver was furious and verbally attacking us, the receiving party on this deal. when I unloaded the last half a pallet of our stuff he shuts the door and starts to walk towards the front of the truck, I asked if he had any paperwork or proof of the delivery and his response was \what ever is on those pallets\ and left. I understand people have bad days but it's bad for business.
