I have worked with this company for many many years & they have become one of the top bad companies to work for. The morals, respect & gratitude are out the door all for the sake of a dollar!! That billion dollar lawsuit will hopefully open there eyes, at least the farmers got PACA to back them up, who do we have FMCSA ya right violations is all they give!! Very sad how this company turned out!

Alert to the whole community that this company robs your product they refuse to it when you tell them your tracking number they say they haven't gotten it making people lose money. I ask that someone file a complaint by business bureau so they can stop

Lousy customer service. Bimbo from this company calls me on speaker phone you can’t even understand her. Very unprofessional. Then she hung up on me. Phone system sucks or employees ability to operate it sucks. Maybe if you are a millennial and you like to only to business by email they might be ok. I’m not sure.

I've been using C.H. Robinson since 2013. Our first International Ocean LCL went ok, but every shipment since has been a complete disaster. This office has cost me many tens of thousands of dollars in delays, disappointed customers, wholesale clients who had shipments botched, and angry suppliers. Major issues consist of poor communication (I wait days for return emails and phone calls), technical knowledge is not there (often aren't familiar with customs/duties/laws), and they are incredibly unorganized, and untimely. Paperwork is never in order prior to arrival of goods, causing major delays. We've even had shipments get pulled for Customs searches and other brokers have flat out told us that this was due the paperwork not being on file which raises flags with Customs. They will re-ask for the same documents instead of keeping them organized from the very start. They've had turn-over with employees leaving/fired suddenly mid-shipment which has been a nightmare. We weren't given an explanation but wondering why the person we were in contact with about our shipment was not responding. The quotes are never even close to what we actually end-up paying because they will pepper you with small fees that other companies do not charge. Now after shopping around their rates are really high. The manager, Ed Ivens is unhelpful and completely unapologetic for the poor attitudes of his staff, and has no remorse for delays that are caused. Della was helpful initially but not fully engaged in any shipments past the first shipment. She was the reason we stuck around so long (we should have been gone on shipment #2 otherwise). We have had 3 different suppliers refuse to work with them. Run. Don't bother if your shipments and your finances are important to you.
