I wish I had read reviews before gave them money. I gave them a one time donation with my credit card but they set up a recurring one. Reading reviews, I’m not the only one who has had this problem and it looks like I now have to cancel my credit card.

Not happy with this organization at all!! I called the office after 8 a.m. and I still got the after hours answering machine. It’s been more than two months since I got a call saying they would set up an interview two weeks out from that. Nothing!!! Not even to check in or update!! I wish there was some other place I could take my daughter for help. When they finally do see you don’t expect to talk to the detective. Not even to let you know what the next steps are, not any word!! What am I suppose to do as a parent for my daughter when the help I’m trying to get her doesn’t help me?
Awful manner of the people in charge of this place. No sense of dignity or respect for individuals and families who come to seek help from their agency. No call backs or follow through. Indifference might be the only thing they're succeeding in. Tax payers shouldn't be suffering at their hands.
Det. shores sure botched a bunch of cases glad he was foced out but really the kids were hurt the most
