I read the Voter Registration Guide and cannot understand the reason for it. It mentions the Citizens Clean Elections Commission consists of 5 members but not more than 2 can be of the same political party. Who is the 5th. What do these candidates have to do with water and electricity? It is also difficult to make an informed decision since the candidates running have written their own qualifications. How am I to know if they will live up to their promises of assuring us of Clean Elections. I do know that persons in positions regulating past costs have not stopped SRP or APS from raising our electric bills to ridiculous.
