Lived here for 2.5 years. Management is what made the place great- they are helpful, friendly, understanding and professional. Their contracts were always fair and honest. Good neighbors and a very pet friendly (I have 2 ESA pets). Oh and I always enjoyed the beautiful pools! Overall a great community.

I stayed at City 15 for about two months in one of their furnished units. The apartment was well decorated, very comfortable with lots of natural light. It had a stocked kitchen with all necessities to make proper meals. The community was very well designed with great amenities, including a couple pools, great gym and a community room that can be used to host events. Everyone I interacted with in the community was very friendly from the staff to the maintenance team to the other residents. It's a very dog friendly community with lots of dog clean up stations and a bark park :-D The location is *phenomenal*. I am bummed to be moving out and have truly enjoyed my time there.
Great Apartments, and centrally located! Most, to all, have been fully renovated (very modern feel), Bani and Tim in the office have been great to work with, and are very helpful and responsive! Geoff in maintenance is a super cool dude and has been prompt and friendly in attending to any issues we've had. Overall we are very happy we chose City 15 as our first apt in phoenix, our casita style home is super cute (all utilities are included btw), and the neighbors are all very friendly!
I sold my condo very quickly and needed a place fast. I have not rented in 20 years and wasn't sure what to expect. City 15 was recommended to me by a friend who lived there and it was the perfect choice. The management was responsive and friendly and my neighbors were some of the best I've ever had. I enjoyed my time there very much and would not hesitate to recommend City 15 to anyone looking for a unique apartment community in a fantastic central location.
