They are Awesome people and are great at customer service! If they don't have it they will order it! If they can't order it then they probably don't make it anymore! Then they will find a substitute for you!!

Clyde hardware is that old school, traditional service type of hardware supplier. If you want quality parts or fixtures, you have got to try this shop. They carry plumbing fixtures, cabinet and door hardware and more!

Bought lazy susan set, was missing an unusual screw, they said home depot or ace hardware would have, made the trip, neither place had it. Clyde's said they would mail it, meantime, found out 4 other screws were missing, the ones that hold the door.They said they would send me another set of screws.I received the package of screws, but the licensed, 25 years experienced cabinet contractor i had hired said the set should have contained a template, it did not. He called Clyde's who said they would look into it but failed to ever call back. The contractor had to do measuring, readjustment and it took over an hour of what he said it should have taken due to the missing template. Being a professional, the contractor honored his original quote price. Clyde's was very unprofessional in not returning the call and promptly addressing the missing template. If this product did not come with one, I should have been told at time of purchase. I do not recommend or will I ever do business with this company.
