Admittedly I never wanted to go there. Haha. But if I had to go again I would want to go there and nowhere else. I have never been in a medical facility with nicer staff. Both men and women. From the medical assistants to the nurses the doctors. everyone is a five-star person. Absolutely amazing. Not just to me as a fairly normal person who ended up there for reasons I don't want to disclose haha. But to the crazy people. The loonies. I was there for eight days total. I never saw them yell at a single person. I never saw a single staff member get upset. Despite some absolutely insane things I saw patients do and say to them. Not one of them yelled at or got angry at anyone. They were calm they were helpful and they tried to do their best for every single patient. considering that a lot of them don't get paid very much. That's pretty awesome. It means they love what they do. They are very good at it

Alysson is very positive, intelligent, and comforting. Also, the staff members are passionate and always try their hardest even when there are technical issues. It’s great to converse with everyone here. Overall, I’ve had a great experience my last few visits.

If you don’t have insurance or on Medicaid this is a great resource you can walk into the lobby between 7 AM and 7 PM and be seen by team a mental health professionals. You can also get emergency refills for your medicines and they can refer you to many resources in the community that aren’t available or you don’t know about yet it could be a great assistance to you
