We came in with all of our equipment to upgrade and Dan was amazing! His knowledge and customer service were top notch! I have to say past experience in this store made me dread going in but Dan changed my outlook completely! Very satisfied customer!

I had an amazing experience setting up service at this location. This was the first time I’ve ever set up service on my own and I had a rep named Kelsey Castillo, she was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. Made the process painless. It made me feel like I chose the right provider, honestly. I am super happy with my decision on Cox because of this kind rep, haven’t had issues sense! She was a great rep. I recommend asking for her anytime you stop by the store. She took her time with me gearing towards everything I wanted and needed! Very happy.
Nice store. Just a head up tho if your planning to get in and out it's not going to happen process takes about 1hr. Sean was great ask for him.
