The countenance upon, proprietors, Sean & Vanessa Swaringer faces is undeniably warm. Their words are welcoming. The tour is comforting. The amenities are plentiful and enriching. They offer a variety of additional services that complement their treatments. I, initially, tried cryotherapy as a treat; but I left with plans to add it into my selfcare regimen. Sean and Vanessa are very knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions with great thought and care. Vanessa shared that her use of the therapy is one of the reasons that lead them to the business. I left Cryoworld Therapy feeling refreshed, renewed and invigorated. I will definitely be back!
There is only one thing that kept me from writing this positive review sooner than this. There are so many positive reviews already and it seems adding one doesn't seem like it would ad anymore value. But I guess not adding my experience would also be robbing them of the praise they deserve. This is a great place. I love coming here. I initially came in to see if the cryofacial actually worked. I told my friends I would be the guinea pig and report back to them my results. I also wanted to try the whole body Cryotherapy but was too chicken to get in until Sean, the owner, convinced me to give it a try. I am now hooked. So the customer experience it top of the line in my opinion but I also have to speak about Cryotherapy itself. I got turned onto the potential benefits of Cryotherapy but listening to Dr Rhonda Patrick on The Joe Rogan podcast (Youtube Dr Rhonda Patrick and Cryotherapy and you will find what I am talking about.) What I liked about her take on Cryotherapy wasn't from an endorsement per se. It was here is the science, here are things you can do like sit in a tub of ice. Not only is that impractical for many as you would have to do it over and over for time on end but that sucks as you will freeze your @## off for way more than a minute. All the mental and physical benefits she mentioned in that youtube post have rung true for me. Give it a listen and give Cryo a try. It has been a miracle for me.

I did an unlimited month of cryotherapy and it was worth every penny. Sean and Vanessa are great at what they do and have a lovely facility with so many options. I love that they have a nutritionist, massage therapist, a chiropractor and full body wax specialists all in one suite. Very convenient, only takes 5 min, and the app makes last minute booking so easy. I’ve tried different services there and loved all of them. Cryotherapy helped treat my arthritis, the Normatec machine helped with my sore muscles after working out all week and the cryo facial helped with the contact dermatitis on my eyelids. I would definitely recommend this facility.
